Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals, respecting their choices and promoting independence.
- Assist with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, and hygiene, while maintaining dignity and privacy.
- Administer medication in accordance with care plans and company policies.
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light household duties, and shopping.
- Facilitate community engagement, social outings, and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and any significant changes or incidents.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and care standards.
