Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for facility equipment and infrastructure.
  • Process work orders, track their completion, and follow up with internal staff and external vendors.
  • Assist in managing relationships with service providers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor office supply inventory, place orders, and ensure appropriate stock levels.
  • Support the implementation and adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all facility-related inquiries and requests from staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service contracts, and facility-related data.
  • Assist with office moves, space planning, and other special projects as assigned.
