Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Learn and apply electrical safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for all.
- Prepare and clean work sites, ensuring all tools and materials are organized and ready for use.
- Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
- Perform basic tasks such as cutting, bending, and stripping wires under direct supervision.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions and directives from senior electricians diligently.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including proper disposal of waste and debris.
- Contribute to problem-solving discussions and assist in troubleshooting efforts as guided.
- Commit to continuous learning and professional development within the electrical trade.
Required Skills
- Strong willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
