Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide suitable alternatives and solutions within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive customer service environment.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, ensuring data protection and privacy.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (minimum 1 year).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • A patient and positive attitude, even when faced with challenging situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
