Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation services to clients, adhering to pre-scheduled routes and specific requests.
- Maintain assigned luxury vehicles in pristine condition, ensuring daily cleanliness, adequate fuel levels, and conducting routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Plan and optimize routes using advanced navigation tools to avoid traffic, minimize delays, and ensure punctual arrivals and departures.
- Adhere strictly to all local traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
- Exercise the highest degree of discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and travel details.
- Assist clients with luggage and personal belongings as needed, demonstrating a service-oriented attitude.
- Maintain accurate and detailed trip logs, including mileage, fuel consumption, routes taken, and any service records.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with dispatch regarding schedule changes, potential delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Represent Career.zycto with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and a polished appearance at all times.
- Handle any emergency situations or vehicle breakdowns calmly and efficiently, following company protocols.
Required Skills
- Valid Mauritian driving license (Class 3 or equivalent for passenger vehicles) with a clean record.
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable professional chauffeur or commercial driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Pamplemousses District and broader Mauritius road networks and traffic patterns.
- Impeccable driving record with no major violations or accidents.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and time management.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High degree of discretion, integrity, and professional conduct.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshooting.
