Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including detailed history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic imaging interpretation (X-ray, MRI) as required.
  • Formulate and implement personalized chiropractic treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and health goals.
  • Perform precise spinal adjustments and manipulations using various techniques (e.g., Diversified, Gonstead, Activator, SOT) based on clinical judgment and patient comfort.
  • Educate patients on chiropractic care, posture, ergonomics, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (e.g., physiotherapists, general practitioners) to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.
  • Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives to promote chiropractic health.
  • Adhere to all ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements of chiropractic practice in Germany.

Required Skills

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure to practice chiropractic in Germany.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • Proficiency in diverse chiropractic adjustment techniques.
  • Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in German and English.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification or specialization in specific chiropractic techniques or areas (e.g., sports chiropractic, pediatric chiropractic).
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Additional language proficiency (e.g., Turkish, Polish) relevant to the local community.
  • Previous experience in a private practice setting in Germany.
