Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock reconciliation to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
- Support the procurement team by preparing purchase orders, tracking supplier performance, and managing vendor communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain activities, including shipping documents, invoices, and inventory data.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments (e.g., sales, warehousing) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers).
- Assist in resolving supply chain discrepancies, such as shipping errors or delays, under supervision.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs within the supply chain.
- Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain metrics and performance as required.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures related to supply chain operations and compliance.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
