Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews with clients to assess their needs and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to inform product enhancements and service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development, staying informed about industry trends and product updates.
