Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and feeding, always maintaining dignity and respect.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, noting any changes and reporting concerns to senior staff promptly.
  • Support individuals in medication management under supervision and according to care plans.
  • Engage individuals in social and recreational activities to promote mental and physical well-being.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for individuals.
  • Document care provided, observations, and any significant changes in condition accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, company policies, and care plans.
  • Participate actively in all mandatory training and continuous professional development opportunities.
