Key Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Mortgage Advisors in client communication and relationship management.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct preliminary client consultations to gather necessary information and explain basic mortgage processes.
  • Maintain client files and CRM systems, ensuring all data is up-to-date and organized.
  • Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Research and stay informed on current mortgage products, rates, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required by the mortgage advising team.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.
  • Participate actively in training sessions and professional development initiatives to enhance industry knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
