Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement within Christiana and surrounding areas.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products (e.g., life, health, general, motor).
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, explain policy terms and conditions clearly, and close sales effectively to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Assist clients with the claims process, providing clear guidance, collecting necessary documentation, and liaising with claims departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, policy reviews, and exceptional ongoing service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes through continuous professional development and training sessions.
- Accurately record and manage client information, sales activities, and claims data using designated CRM and administrative systems.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or a related financial service industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
