Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Administer medication prompts and support, adhering to care plans and training.
- Prepare and serve meals, assisting with feeding as required.
- Perform light household duties such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities or conversations.
- Accurately complete care records and report any changes in client condition or concerns.
