As our Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analysing industry benchmarks, and identifying emerging trends that impact our clients and the broader recruitment sector. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Gather, analyse, and interpret complex data sets from various sources (internal and external) to derive actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain detailed market segmentation and target audience profiles.
- Prepare clear, concise, and impactful reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to inform strategic positioning, messaging, and campaign development.
- Support the development of business cases for new services, products, or market entries, including financial modelling and risk assessment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, providing recommendations for optimisation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, present findings, and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.

Required Skills
