Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, developing strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure they are maximizing value from our solutions.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition and adoption of our products/services.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and health assessments with clients to identify opportunities and address potential risks.
- Act as a client advocate, relaying feedback internally to product development and sales teams.
- Identify and escalate at-risk accounts, working cross-functionally to mitigate churn.
- Provide basic technical support and guidance, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Contribute to the creation of client-facing resources, tutorials, and best practices.
- Track and analyze key customer success metrics to identify trends and improve overall client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong empathy and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
