Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist with a strong focus on both online store management and fulfilment operations. This is a pivotal role that combines digital merchandising prowess with practical logistical coordination, ensuring our customers receive a seamless and outstanding shopping experience from click to delivery. You will be instrumental in managing our online product catalog, optimizing product listings for search and conversion, and executing promotional campaigns across our digital channels. Beyond the virtual storefront, you will play a critical role in streamlining our order fulfilment process, coordinating with warehousing and logistics partners, and ensuring inventory accuracy to prevent stockouts and delays. This involves meticulous tracking, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our supply chain touchpoints to guarantee efficient and accurate delivery to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain product catalogs, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing across all online channels.
  • Optimize product listings for SEO and conversion, including keyword research and content enhancement.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor online promotional campaigns, sales events, and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
  • Process online orders efficiently, from verification to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate closely with warehousing and logistics teams to manage inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any fulfilment issues.
  • Handle online customer service inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, and product information, providing professional and timely support.
  • Monitor website performance, sales data, and customer behavior, using analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement A/B tests and other optimization strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, proposing new strategies to improve online presence and operations.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new products, ensuring all necessary digital assets and information are prepared for launch.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in e-commerce platform management (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising, product listing optimization, and digital content management.
  • Experience with order processing, inventory management, and fulfilment logistics.
  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor performance and derive insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
