Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily rig operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget.
- Develop, implement, and enforce strict safety procedures and environmental compliance regulations on site.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and professional growth.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and tools to ensure optimal performance and identify maintenance needs.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate logistics for personnel, equipment, and materials, optimizing resource allocation and operational flow.
- Prepare detailed operational reports, incident reports, and performance analyses for management and clients.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Manage site budget, control expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality.

Required Skills
