Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and talent acquisition.
- Manage and grow Career.zycto’s presence across key platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) ensuring it is consistent with brand voice and identity.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales, fostering a positive online community.
- Analyze social media data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports on campaign performance to inform future strategy.
- Identify and engage with social media influencers and partners relevant to the recruitment and career development industry.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, proactively recommending new approaches.
- Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and content teams to align social media activities with broader company goals.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach specific audience segments and achieve conversion goals.
- Manage social media budget and resources effectively.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 2 years).
