Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and talent acquisition.
  • Manage and grow Career.zycto’s presence across key platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) ensuring it is consistent with brand voice and identity.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales, fostering a positive online community.
  • Analyze social media data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports on campaign performance to inform future strategy.
  • Identify and engage with social media influencers and partners relevant to the recruitment and career development industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, proactively recommending new approaches.
  • Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and content teams to align social media activities with broader company goals.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach specific audience segments and achieve conversion goals.
  • Manage social media budget and resources effectively.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 2 years).
  • Excellent knowledge of all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional content creation skills, including strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic video editing abilities.
  • Demonstrable experience in community building and engagement.
