Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, assisting with washing, dressing, and mobility in a dignified manner.
  • Assist residents with meal times, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversations, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and personal choices.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' condition or well-being to senior staff.
  • Adhere to care plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents, and their families to foster a supportive community.
