Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of public health programs and initiatives.
- Gather, organize, and analyze public health data to support program evaluation and reporting.
- Prepare and disseminate health education materials, brochures, and presentations to the community.
- Support community outreach efforts, including organizing and attending health fairs, workshops, and informational sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to program participants, activities, and outcomes.
- Provide administrative support to public health staff, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Conduct literature reviews and research on public health topics to inform program development and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external community partners to achieve public health goals.
- Respond to public inquiries and provide accurate information on available health services and resources, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for data management and presentations.
