Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the bank premises, including interior and exterior areas, to ensure a secure environment.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras, and promptly report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Control access to the bank premises, verifying identification for visitors, contractors, and employees.
- Respond effectively to alarms, emergency situations, and security incidents, following established protocols.
- Assist in the protection of bank assets and properties, ensuring proper safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures with professionalism and tact.
- Provide assistance and direction to customers and staff while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required during incidents.
- Conduct bag and parcel searches as per security guidelines to prevent unauthorized items from entering or leaving the premises.
