Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit comprehensive technical documentation for various products and services.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and other SMEs to gather and verify information.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content for target audiences.
- Create and maintain user manuals, online help systems, installation guides, training materials, and release notes.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established documentation standards and style guides.
- Manage documentation projects from inception to delivery, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
- Review and revise existing documentation for accuracy, usability, and completeness, incorporating user feedback.
- Identify opportunities for content improvement, standardization, and automation.
- Utilize content management systems (CMS) and various documentation tools efficiently.
- Participate in product design reviews and sprint planning to ensure documentation readiness and alignment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a software or technology development environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency with modern documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, AsciiDoc, Markdown).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) for content management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
