Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Process basic client inquiries and provide general information about the company's services.
  • Learn and effectively utilize office software and communication systems.
