Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat for various software products.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior support engineers when necessary.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and relevant details accurately in our ticketing system.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions and provide clear, concise instructions.
- Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including development and quality assurance, to address recurring issues and improve software usability.
- Participate actively in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and technical skills.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all support tickets to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for technology and a willingness to learn new software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Mauritian Creole a plus).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
