Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and databases.
  • Qualify leads by asking pertinent questions to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Skillfully articulate the value proposition of Career.zycto's services.
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team, ensuring detailed notes are captured in the CRM.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and feedback loops.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service, telemarketing, or sales-related role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
