Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of youth development programs and activities.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to youth participation and progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external community partners to enhance program offerings.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants.
  • Engage with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to support holistic youth development.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
