Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Quantity Surveyors with the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Support in the analysis of project costs and provide regular updates on budget performance.
- Help with contract administration, including processing payments, variations, and final accounts.
- Conduct site visits to measure and value work completed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of project expenses, material costs, and labor charges.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and project profitability analysis.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients under the guidance of senior team members.
- Learn and apply industry-standard software for quantity surveying tasks.
- Contribute to the identification and management of project risks and opportunities.
