Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and making recommendations.
- Process payments efficiently using our POS system and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in strict compliance with Smart Serve regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking bar supplies, rotating products, and noting items for reorder.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Handle minor guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues to management.
- Actively participate in training sessions and learn new drink recipes and preparation techniques.
