Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the complete setup of banquet rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and other event essentials according to event specifications.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, adhering to all service standards.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Clear tables, dismantle event setups, and assist with general cleanup of banquet areas after events.
  • Replenish food stations, buffets, and beverage areas as needed throughout events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all banquet equipment and storage areas.
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, event planners, and other team members to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Attend pre-event briefings to understand event details and specific service requirements.
  • Uphold a positive and professional demeanor at all times, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues.
