Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments/receipts through our financial systems.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly to ensure consistency and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with the preparation of detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing crucial data for strategic decision-making.
- Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements in strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized, accessible, and confidential financial records, both digital and any necessary physical documents.
- Support internal and external audit preparations by gathering and organizing necessary documentation and information.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial inquiries and resolutions.
- Utilize various accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to accurately record, classify, and analyze financial transactions.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant, Accounting Assistant, or similar role for at least 2 years.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and financial principles, including debits, credits, and general ledger functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
