Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds using our specialized ticketing software.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide comprehensive information regarding events, schedules, pricing, and policies via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage customer reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
- Assist customers with general questions, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, customer interactions, and operational data.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and excellent customer flow.
- Process cash and credit card payments with high levels of accuracy and security.
- Actively participate in and successfully complete all provided training programs on ticketing systems and customer service protocols.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming ticketing area.
