Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily freight movements, including route optimization and carrier selection.
- Schedule deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Negotiate freight rates and contracts with logistics providers to secure optimal terms.
- Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including customs declarations and bills of lading.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills
