Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory experiments and tests under the guidance of senior scientists and researchers.
- Accurately record, compile, and present experimental data, maintaining meticulous laboratory notebooks and electronic records.
- Prepare reagents, media, and other solutions according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality, and reporting any malfunctions.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, quality control standards, and good laboratory practices (GLP) at all times.
- Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies and reagents, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Contribute to general lab cleanliness and organization, promoting an efficient and safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to scientific discussions, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medical Technology).
- Strong foundational understanding of laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
