Brimog Limitada is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Office Admin Assistant to join our bustling office in Matundo, Tete. This pivotal role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and possesses exceptional administrative and communication skills. As the first point of contact for many visitors and callers, you will be the welcoming face and voice of Brimog, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions and contributing to a positive work atmosphere for all staff and external partners.
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our project managers, engineers, and administrative staff, contributing directly to the efficiency and productivity of our civil construction projects. Your day-to-day will involve a diverse range of tasks, from diligently managing office correspondence and appointments to meticulously organizing critical project documentation and ensuring our office environment is well-stocked and conducive to productivity. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude. You will play a key role in maintaining robust communication channels within the office and with our various stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for project documents, contracts, and administrative records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing vendor relationships.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation as required.
- Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments, including photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
- Support compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding document management and data privacy.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1.5 years) in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
