Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily coordination of daycare operations, ensuring smooth transitions and scheduling.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries and providing updates with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records for children, staff, and daily activities, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of engaging educational programs and activities for various age groups.
  • Ensure the facility adheres to all health, safety, and regulatory standards, conducting regular checks and reporting issues.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, supervision, and communication to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage enrollment procedures, including tours, registrations, and orientation for new families.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, supply ordering, and managing inventories.
