Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their desired destinations.
- Operate vehicle in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and special needs.
- Manage ride requests and coordinate routes using provided dispatch systems or mobile applications.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fares, and vehicle mileage.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentability of the vehicle at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle payments and provide correct change or process electronic transactions.
- Adhere to strict schedules and be punctual for all booked fares.

Required Skills
- Valid UK Driving License (Category B) with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Valid Private Hire or Hackney Carriage License for Liverpool City Council.
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, delivery, bus).
- Excellent knowledge of Liverpool geography, routes, and landmarks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
