Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight, adhering to all aviation regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, emergency equipment, and supplies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including serving meals, beverages, and attending to passenger requests.
  • Handle inflight sales and administrative duties with efficiency.
  • Manage emergency situations effectively, including medical incidents, evacuations, and security threats.
  • Provide clear and concise safety briefings and demonstrations.
  • Maintain a calm, professional, and reassuring demeanour in all circumstances.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow cabin crew members and flight deck crew to ensure seamless operations.
  • Uphold the airline's brand image through impeccable presentation and service standards.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and reports accurately post-flight.
