Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment processes.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are designed for operational efficiency and reliability.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in security, reliability, and performance across all environments.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support critical systems (if applicable).
Required Skills
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Azure DevOps).
- Extensive experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
