Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in comprehensive training sessions and modules on solar PV system installation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Assist senior technicians in the safe and efficient installation of solar panels, racking systems, inverters, and electrical wiring on various roof types and ground mounts.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals to ensure accurate system deployment.
- Help with the preparation of job sites, including loading and unloading equipment, organizing tools, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Support troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks for existing solar PV systems, identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on solar equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, industry standards, and local electrical codes.
- Document work performed, including system details, components used, and maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and technical details.

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Eagerness and strong aptitude for learning new technical skills.
- Basic mechanical and electrical understanding (can be self-taught or informal).

- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work at heights.
