Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to align with brand goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
  • Schedule posts and optimize timing for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and competitor activity.
  • Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the creation of social media campaigns, including ideation and execution.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, preparing reports on key insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars and campaign initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role (1-2 years).
  • Solid understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
