Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to align with brand goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
- Schedule posts and optimize timing for maximum reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and competitor activity.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the creation of social media campaigns, including ideation and execution.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, preparing reports on key insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars and campaign initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role (1-2 years).
