Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching, gathering, and organizing information for new course development and updates.
- Support senior content developers in drafting and editing course materials, including lecture notes, quizzes, and assignments.
- Format and upload content into our Learning Management System (LMS) according to established guidelines.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on course materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Review course content for grammatical errors, typos, and clarity.
- Help manage and update content libraries and resource repositories.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to incorporate feedback and refine content.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for content improvement and innovation.
- Maintain meticulous records of content revisions and versions.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
