Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems.
- Perform regular stock counts, reconciliations, and investigations into discrepancies.
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatch of products, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking and stock-outs, initiating replenishment orders as needed.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documentation, including packing lists and shipping labels.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., warehousing, sales, logistics) and external suppliers/carriers.
- Implement and adhere to health, safety, and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
- Identify and report any damaged, defective, or missing items.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for inventory control processes and warehouse efficiency.
- Generate stock reports and provide analytical insights to management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Stock Controller or in a similar inventory management role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
