Key Responsibilities

  • Assist families in understanding and navigating the child support application and enforcement processes.
  • Gather, organize, and maintain confidential case information and documentation with meticulous accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, legal representatives, and other agencies to facilitate case progression and resolve inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and interviews related to child support cases.
  • Monitor case statuses, ensure compliance with established procedures, and track follow-up actions.
  • Provide empathetic support and clear explanations of relevant policies and regulations to clients.
  • Prepare and process necessary paperwork, correspondence, and reports under supervision.
