Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnosis and efficient repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage.
- Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, appliances, and water supply lines in accordance with local codes and safety standards.
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks and inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining issues, proposed solutions, and cost estimates.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Manage and organize tools, equipment, and company vehicle to ensure efficiency and readiness for various tasks.

Required Skills
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in plumbing repairs and installations.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues across various systems.
- Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent practical skills and attention to detail.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Gas Safe registration (if relevant to specific tasks).
