Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup, organization, and maintenance of online course materials and resources on learning management systems (LMS).
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling virtual training sessions, managing participant registrations, and sending out timely communications.
  • Respond to basic technical queries from learners regarding platform access, course navigation, and troubleshooting common issues.
  • Proofread and edit training content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Help manage participant data, track progress, and generate basic reports on training completion and engagement.
  • Support trainers with virtual classroom logistics, ensuring smooth delivery of live online sessions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of online training processes and learner support initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
