Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality images at various events, including corporate functions, social gatherings, and private celebrations.
- Conduct professional commercial photoshoots for products, marketing collateral, and corporate portraits.
- Utilize professional-grade photography equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, etc.) effectively.
- Perform comprehensive post-production editing, including retouching, color correction, cropping, and creative enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and specific photography requirements.
- Deliver final, edited images within agreed-upon timelines and technical specifications.
- Manage and maintain organized image archives and secure backup solutions for all projects.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and foster positive client relationships at all times.
- Adhere strictly to client brand guidelines and creative briefs for commercial projects.
- Travel to various event locations and shoot sites within Portmore, St. Catherine, and surrounding areas as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in operating professional photography equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, various lenses, flash units, continuous lighting).
- Expert-level knowledge and practical application of photo editing software, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- A strong and diverse online portfolio showcasing significant experience in both event and commercial photography.
- Excellent compositional skills, an understanding of natural and artificial lighting techniques, and creative visual storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and meet tight deadlines.
