Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads for insurance sales.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses with potential clients to identify suitable insurance products.
- Present and explain various insurance policies (life, health, property, general) clearly and concisely.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Assist clients with the entire claims process, from initial reporting to settlement.
- Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, and claim procedures.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
