Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the evening and night shift teams, ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Allocate resources effectively, including staff and equipment, to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Monitor workflow and identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
- Address and resolve operational issues, emergencies, and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Conduct thorough shift handovers, communicating critical information to the incoming shift and management.
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities, incidents, and performance metrics.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departmental coordinators to ensure seamless cross-functional operations.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of service or production.
Required Skills
