Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and actively prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges.
  • Present tailored recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Accurately record and manage sales activities and client information in CRM.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a relentless drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
