You will manage the entire sales and leasing cycle, from initial client consultation and property appraisal to marketing, viewings, negotiation, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and tenants.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing comprehensive information to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcome.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and local businesses.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with legal teams, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market conditions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (minimum 2 years).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Clevedon and wider Bristol property market.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and property management systems.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
