Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships through various sales strategies, including networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and risks, recommending appropriate insurance products (e.g., life, health, general insurance).
- Prepare and present compelling insurance proposals, clearly explaining policy features, benefits, and terms to prospective clients.
- Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted efficiently.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service, including policy reviews, updates, and assistance with inquiries.
- Support clients through the initial stages of the claims process, explaining procedures and coordinating with claims departments to ensure a smooth experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations to best serve clients.
